I remember asking my teacher once: Can't someone conquer the world by buying all the land?. She told me that's not how things works, yet Blackrock is pretty much doing that and more.

The fact that a company can buy a residential home is fundamentally broken.

People need to stand up around the globe. No corporation should be allowed to buy homes

Blackrock seems one of those supervillain corporations you'd find in video games taking place in dystopian worlds.

I remember being scared of that as a kid, asking my dad "what if some immensely rich man buys all the homes in the world so we cant have any?" which he replied "dont be silly". Man this worlds fuked up...

Everyone seems to have forgotten what Trevor Phillips taught us in 2013 on our first run of GTA V. He taught us no amount of money can protect you from an angry man who wants to teach you a lesson. At some point we all need to stand up to this bullshit.

I bought a fixer upper for my 1st home for $65, 000. Fortunately my boyfriend is extremely talented with anything he does. Two years later after we revamped it we sold it for $239, 000. Moved to Texas and used that to purchase another home. Did this purposely so we'd never have a mortgage.

I remember 4 bedroom homes being under $50, 000 in the 90s. I'm now struggling to purchase my 3 bedroom $200, 000 home in 2023. This is more than an inflation problem. The market is a mess.

"You will own nothing and be happy"
This is a quote from Klaus Schwab (the euro version of Larry fink)
The whole plan is for them to own everything and rent it out to you on a subscription service.

No more owning a home you have to rent it.
Cars will be next, mark my words you will pay a monthly fee for your electric car and if you don't pay they will shut it off till you do.

I've been studying and doing research on vanguard and Black Rock for quite some time. I'm glad that this is now becoming public information. Every time I brought it up I was considered a madman.

My uncle lives in Phoenix. He sold his dump for $740, 000. Every window and door needs replacing. Cabinets, kitchen, all shot.
Pur family can't believe he got that much. Sure he's got an in ground pool.
But its on the corner of a high school, and stop lights. Extremely busy intersection.
People who bought it are trying to rent it for $3, 100 a month.
No takers and its been about a year.
Edit: 2 baths, master bath is tiny, 5ft x 8ft. Bathroom next to the master bed, is a 5x6 shower and toilet.
Place is a dump.

It's not only the housing market BlackRock messes with, it's the video gaming industry and film making industry.

Living in a box owned by BR, eating bugs because klaus schwab says so, biking everywhere, visiting my sister in london once every ten years not to kill the planet etc...what a life ahead of us.

My favorite thing about '08 is that the bank lost my money, so the government took what money I had left to fund the bank.

Bought my 1800 square feet fixer upper that's sits on 4 lots during the crash for 55 thousand. Mortgage was 580 a month with escrow. Im glad I took my friends advice and bought instead of continuing to rent. Im mortgage free now like many of my neighbors but we are starting to get offers to sell and the are offering above asking price. We all said no. Our homes are paid a we sleep easier at night.

In my area (North Georgia USA) the vast majority of the renter homes are owned by corporations. The problem with that, is that they can set the requirements. I'm 26 and going in half on a place with my father. If it were me, I'd be out on my own by 18. The issue, is that around here its required that you make 3x what the rent is worth in order to even qualify to rent. I work for 17.50 and hour, making roughly 2, 750 before taxes, 2, 000 after taxes monthly. Rent around here for single person apartments is 1, 250. When applying, you need to be making 3x that amount to qualify. Thats the problem I'm stuck in, pops and I have to go in half on a place to have the place we're at now. Its depressing because pops was out on his own by 17, I wanted the same independence at 18 and couldn't afford to.

Fun fact. No company gets as big as it is without getting propped up by the government.

I'm going to be real for a second. While it's a good thing you are exposing these shady companies to the public, your videos make me feel frustrated, angry, and hopeless.
