I would like to see Tesla partnered with XAI, but Tesla has much IP related to AI. Is Elon’s proposal one where XAI gets 5B and access to all Tesla’s AI related IP? Sounds like a very one-sided deal to me if that is the case. And why did Elon decide to set up a separate AI company when Tesla is clearly in the business of AI. Think that is a conflict that should have required pre approval of Tesla’s Board and its stockholders. Just saying and asking for opinions of others.
