As a man, let me say that if you are getting bald, embrace it.. you've no idea how liberating it is. Tend to your beard, get a pro to shape it as it gets fuller and longer; use a scented beard oil..I recommend bourbon. Use Neutrogena rain bath in the shower and Neutrogena body oil..it will not only smell good, it nourishes your skin.
Gents, don't stop working out your arms and forearms..the ladies love them.
