3 weird but true facts about The Mario Movie. No. 1, the Bomber Bill was not supposed to react to Mario’s furry tail. This is because many people believed that the bullet was an inanimate object and it was supposed to work like an air missile. No. 2, it’s kinda weird that Peach had no problem sleeping all night on the balcony. She could’ve just returned to her castle and slept on a good bed like a normal princess instead of waiting for Mario to finish the training. And no. 3, Mario’s parents should have been worried about their 2 sons not returning home that night. The fact that they have disappeared for almost a week and the parents were so calm and relaxed is just unbelievable.

I have explanations for each one:
1. You can actually change the directions of the Bullet Bills/Banzai Bills(in 3D World)
2. Peach most likely wanted to see Mario finish the training course and didn’t know it would take him all night
3. There’s a possibility that time in the real world doesn’t pass by when Mario and Luigi were in the Mushroom Kingdom, so when they returned, it was like they never left

I watched it with an Italian friend who said his family wouldn't be bothered. The real strange thing is that mario and Luigi didn't wash their hands before dinner

Now that I think about it, Peach really wanted Mario to succeed. So she wanted to wait until Mario succeeded the training course, instead of saying, training’s over, I’m going to bed. Which kinda explains why she accidentally fell asleep an entire night in such an uncomfortable location. That’s true deification to helping somebody ngl 👏🏼

1. Bullet bill cry when you beat them in the paper marios, so I always asume they were living creatures.

2. Peach wanted to see mario passing the level, because thats how she was going to decide if he came alone with her or not. She just fall sleep of waiting.

3. Mario and Luigi are both adults with jobs. I don't think their parents would worry that much for that anymore. They most asume they were working. Or "working"

The third one could make sense that Mario Bros have their own apartment in Manhattan and just spent the night out at their parents place. So not seeing their kids for 2 weeks at a time could have been normal.

Actually, in Italian families they don’t really mind if their children run off, as long as they are 12 or older or if one is 12 or older. After they return they ask: “what happend?” Just to make sure if they did something appropriate and leagal
