Random serious relationship advice I highly recommend: Make sure each of you has one thing that's yours. It can be something like playing ultimate frisbee, or going to puzzle game nights, any hobby or regular time/place to go to with other people. If you totally meld into just one person, it can be hard to admit when you want to do something if you know your person doesn't like doing that thing. It's okay to not like all the same stuff! And healthy to have a space that's just yours.

Having dead animals in the freezer is normal in my house, my sister has a hobby of doing taxidermy to roadkill, and at the moment she has a white cockatoo on her shelf, a crow, a lizard, and one of my mum's freiend's dead parakeet in the freezer, and an owl that ended up being a failed attempt because the body was too damaged.

A few weeks after moving into a rental house, I found a frozen rattlesnake in the freezer. It had been mistakenly left there by the previous resident (the landlord). I mentioned it to him, he told me I could throw it away, and that was that. I don't think he planned to have it taxidermized though...
