Of course if you only speak in your native language then learning English is a must. But the more languages you learn the more you have to practice in order to master them and time is limited for everyone. Learning the basics of the language spoken where you are based is always a good choice, but besides that I'd say working on your communication skills in the languages you already know it's always better than learning a ton of languages. I myself have to radically improve my english communication skills and I'd say many people speak in english but only few people know how to communicate. That is also a matter of personality traits
