I need to know if you maybe have a video or information. I want to add a button on the invoice form to close the current entry open a new data entry and then open a report of the last entry.

I can close and open a new invoice form but my report keeps on showing the first invoiceID from my button, any ideas?

Hi I'm new in access and I'm trying to build receivable database and I want to record payment update on all unpaid invoices. My question is do I have to add a field status and paid date in invoice table or invoice detail table. And how to update when payment received.

Sir how can I add total price in a report???
I see your all access videos but one thing I can't understand, you make a report in the access there was a (date, id, name, )
I'm trying to add a text box and control sorce then |=[form]![invoice form].[total price]
It's not working???
Can u tell me how can I make it

Hi, your tutorials have been very helpful in creating my invoice. However, I'm stuck. I have done up to this tutorial, but i selected to view the vendor id in the products table and i don't want to see it, only the product when I am selecting it in the invoice. How can I remove the ID number? Thank you in advance.

You do a good job of explaining the task at hand in your videos but would it not have been logical to create a report to print the invoice for a certain invoice ID instead of the not so helpful report that you showed the video for?
