Lauren ❤️ I can not express in words how grateful I am to have found you!!! Your sleep videos have made such a profound difference in my medically complicated life. I've had 31 serious surgeries, with more to come. My 14th heart surgery will be next; I see my cardiologist Wednesday. I've had a malignant brain tumor as well as my Hippocampus & Amygdala removed (2008), but had an ischemic stroke and brain bleeds just last August. I have numerous other medical issues & surgeries, but I'd be writing a novel rather than this short story if I named them all! But insomnia is a major issue due to my medical problems and stress from dealing with them. Your therapeutic way of talking and handling insomnia is PHENOMENAL!! If I wasn't so poor from being on disability, I'd donate thousands!! Thank you so very, very much! I'm so immensely grateful! Much love!! ❤️🥰😴💤❤️

Well, my gentle souls- if I may say myself I think that this is the best creation I have ever made by far. I have spent a long time on this and given this baby a lot of love, care, consideration, thought and nurturing. Hi Lauren, I wanted to thank you for helping me, without fail, to fall asleep at night. I don't think I even make it past 5-10 minutes, haha! I'm chronically ill and even after having taken my night time meds, sometimes I still can't sleep. So, I choose one of your videos and I'm OUT, snoozing away. this meditation is great. I have fallen asleep several nights in a row to it. it has affected my whole day the next day in such a positive way as i have a mental illness and sleep is a requirement for me to function properly from day to day. Keep up the great work and i truly appreciate what you do. You are helping many people all over the world.

umm, Lauren, I don't think I even made it 5 min in, Dear, and I slept for a whole 5 hours. That's like a record for me since I have pain issues and a sleep disorder.. thank you so much!!! Gonna try again tomorrow. :)
