Muladhara is related to instinct, security, survival and also to basic human potentiality. Physically, Muladhara governs sexuality, mentally it governs stability, emotionally it governs sensuality, and spiritually it governs a sense of security.

It is reported that Kundalini awakening results in enlightenment and bliss. i’m only 17 and i’m on my journey and it’s quite the adventure. i have a very toxic family so i meditate on my trampoline everyday to escape the negative energy.

When my back hurts i just imagine breathing in a powerful red light that makes my root chakra start to go clockwise really really fast, and the pain stops immediately. I don’t know who needed to read this but i had a feeling that someone does.

This is crazy, i listened to this and started remembering my childhood. I found that my need for love was never satisfied and that left me resentfull. I believed that i was not loved as a child and i blame everyone around me for that. This really is amazing.

I listen to one chakra meditation a day i start with the root chakra on mondays. But lately i have been listening to the root chakra everyday since i'am an air sign ( gemini ) we tend to be a lot in our thoughts always visualising. so weird I hate shopping but whenever I listened to this, I wanted to go shopping and buy things I need, also this music made me work harder with less effort./ maybe just me but this worked against laziness magically. Unbelievable.
