Your brain is immensely complicated. It’s where you make new ideas and fall in love, as well as what controls all of your limbs when you dance or do anything else. I'll start the comments. I had a breakdown in 2011/2012 due to Work, and a bullying boss. I have vague recollections when I shut down. The company's occupational health said it was doubtful that I would work again.
I'm glad to say that I do!.
I still suffer from certain triggers, but I am always learning to manage them.
I wish anybody all the best who may read this. Remember! talk! talk! talk! even if, when you speak your mouth doesn't work properly.

I truly do appreciate you. I'm depressed. O had no idea, I knew I had changed, but I thought this was bipolar disorder & Post Traumatic Syndrome. I have more in common with depression.
