I think mental illness has to do with emotion. Being treated harshly triggers strong emotion. To be removed from that severe stress or stressor might be extremely helpful.

My neighbor's grand daughter is severely mentally ill. The girl is around 25 now, and hides her body and face. She covers herself with a hoodie and won't talk to anyone. This cute young guy tried to "talk her up" at the pool. She barely squeeked an answer. Her GRANDMOTHER answers for her. Can you imagine having your grandma answer for you!

For one to have mental illness you would literally have to be pushing your body beyond its limits so start learning about yourself and your limits because exceeding your limits would push you pretty much into your death bed which wouldnt be a pleasant death id imagine death from exhaustion

I became mentally stressed at about 5 because my grandma constantly told time again "l would leave your dad in a wheelchair if I see him" I was born from out of control lust into dumb parents blame grandma for having such Hate to my dad cuz his affair my mom's mom😢😢😢
