Ready to regret the car you buy in 2024? Then pick up one of these cars, trucks, or SUVs in 2024. I don't think any of these are going to make sense for many of you for lots of reasons. It could be car reliability, depreciation, or just generally how expensive these cars or SUVs are. These are the cars to avoid for 2024 as far as I'm concerned, and I hope you'll steer clear of the worst cars of 2024!

Wrangler is one of those iconic brands that no matter how poor in reliability and electronics the die hard fan boys will continue to buy and support them. Bronco has had its issues too. Ford 10 speed is not the best, chattering and shuddering.

The first vehicle you showed was not a Jeep Wrangler it was a Jeep Gladiator which is basically a Jeep Wrangler with a pickup bed. My cousin has one and he loves his. He bought it brand new recently so time will tell how long before he starts having problems. Those have the naturally aspirated 3.6L V6 engines.

$18, 000 dollars for a Mirage is considered cheap? What is the average income today? In Canada, household is about $70, 000. Thus, even if this was $18, 000 Canadian dollars that would be about 25% of the household gross income. The middle class is being destroyed, you will own nothing and be happy.

I had a Wrangler bought new in 2019. It was absolutely the worst car I ever had. From the factory the stabilizer bar was bad with horrible shaking if I hit a pothole in the road. I didn’t have a garage at the time and it leaked constantly when it rained. More than 3 times it wouldn’t start at all and something with a module had to be replaced under warranty. I got rid of it in 2020 and luckily did not take a loss with a trade in. I did get a ‘21 Honda CR-V and we shall see how it holds up but for now it’s been flawless and I have never had warranty work done on it. Few road trips and just over 40K miles. It will be 4 in November 😬

Love your video's man! The lesson I learned is the best thing to do is to lease and return a car after three years before warranty expires and the car becomes a money pit.

It's rare to see reviewers bomb Mitsu's. I sold them for a very, very short time. As a Customer Service Mgr you learn about all the issues. And there's plenty. But, I found the BIGGEST PROBLEM is that it is brutal trying to find Certified Mitsu Mechanics who can do warranty work and beyond. There just aren't very many. Go to a Mitsubishi dealer's Mechanic's Meeting, and it's like sitting in an almost empty room! Walk around the service bays and you might find 2 or 3 mechanics in a garage backed up with cars. To me in sales, that tells me only one thing...RUN!!!!

Got a Compass as a rental the other day, drove it two days, one of the worst driving SUV I have ever driven, took it back and got a CX-5, the improvement over the Compass is insane.

Hey! Great video, thanks for making. In the market for a 2016-17 Lexus RX 350, would you have 3 other midsize SUV's under 20-25k? Any idea if the 2013-16 Cadillac 3.6L has timing chain problems, need the engine to last lol.

What do you drive? I'm outside McMurray on an acreage and I do a bit of soft reading plus like a sports drive plus like reliability. 2021 CX-30 GT non turbo.

Toyota has stayed the course...producing reliable quality vehicles...over and over again. I know they have had issues but, overall Toyota is a very good choice to buy. My first Camry (2005)...an engineering marvel! My 2nd Camry (2020) so far so good. You get a lot of quality car with Toyota.

I just got rid of a 19’ Wrangler for a Civic hatchback i absolutely loved it. However, it was soooo expensive to maintain. I feel like Stellantis is overcharging in parts and service not just the msrp. I also pit tons of miles on it 133k with no major issues but did get into 2 accidents.
