If anyone’s curious as to how Diana was killed from a medical standpoint, her heart was displaced to the right side of her chest. Causing multiple arteries and stuff of that nature to tear. So she basically bled out internally. She also had I think 2 heart attacks and went into cardiac arrest due to this. Had she had immediate medical help, she possibly could have been saved. She of course probably had other injuries as well, like a concussion or broken arm.

Printed in British newspapers today was an account of Diana's last words as she was dying given by one of the paramedics who attended to her. The paramedic recalled how Diana briefly gained consciousness and uttered the words "oh my god what has happened?" before she slipped into unconsciousness for the last time.
