I did hard-core carnivore for 6 months. Almost all of the problems that caused me to go on this diet went away / were 'cured" by the 3 week mark (serious digestive issues, GERD, heartburn, IBS). By the 3 month mark, half a dozen other issues I had went away (psoriasis, gingivitis, tinnitus, energy crashes, night vision, knee pain, etc.). At the six month mark, I was wearing the same size clothing I wore in high school. I used it as an elimination diet. I slowly reintroduced healthy vegetables back into my diet over the following year. ( Doing THAT was way harder than going on the diet. ) But I have pretty much followed Dr. Berg's KETO/IF plan since then and I have never been happier.

I’m 6 ft 2 inches tall and I’ve been on carnivore for 3 months and will continue forever! When I started eating carnivore, I dropped 20 kg within the first 60 days. No more sore knees, back, or loss of energy. Another plus is the mental clarity. For me personally, cutting out carbs has been a life changer. Without a doubt the best way of eating!

I have been on the carnivore diet for 6 weeks now. This is what I have noticed so far; my allergies are 90 % better, my arthritis is 85% better, sleeping soooo much better and not waking up every 2 hours from constant pain. Brain fog is gone. My depression is gone and not much bothers me anymore, just in a good mood. I eat once a day with a 4 hour window, but really don't snack on anything, my meal is totally satisfying. My skin isn't dry and therefor itch anymore. Plus I have lost 22 lbs.

The gut produces serotonin. Your gut is getting healthier. So your mood gets better and equalizes. Doing good, man! Keep up the hard work :)

I was 46 when I started at a weight of 402 pounds. I’ve lost 201 pounds over the last 28 months.

But I’ve done a classic calorie counting bodybuilding style diet. 40% carbohydrate, 35% protein, 25% fat.

I’m now between 201 and 204 pounds eating 3000 calories a day with at least 220 grams of protein and I’ve put on a significant amount of muscle.

Only day 5 for me on my carnivore diet. I did a lot of research and I felt this was the best option for me. Early days but it is the first time in a long time where I am not looking for food to eat between meal times. Two meals a day so far but I can easily see that going to one meal a day.

I’m finding it easier to stick to my carnivore diet this time and in 13 days I’ve lost 12 pounds. I ate a whole rack of ribs today for what I call breakfast after fasting 16 hours. I’m not hungry at all at 6pm. It’s awesome!

This was a year ago. Look how you've become more comfortable with your YouTubes and how many people you've helped. Great job!

Would advise any newbie to buy an airfryer, because that will reduce the cooking fatigue and still gets you a cooked meal of meat done quick without nuking it !! Love your video because you just cut to the chase. Also, you don’t have to eat steak day in day out, I eat a mix of pork, lamb and mince beef, that gives me the variety I might want. Definitely a better diet, keeps it all nice and simple !!

Agree with everything. The learning when you’re hungry or not is important.

I find when I crave a “snack” is’s sort of like watching a tv show… then you find yourself reaching for your phone during a boring scene.

It’s more a dopamine grab rather than a true hunger. I tell myself I’m not hungry, I’m just bored/ inactive.

Great video

Pressure cooker and air fryer has helped me on carnivore. Lost 50 lbs in 3 1/2 months watching Dr. Ken Berry on you tube!! Best of all, this is an all around great diet, NOT for just weight loss! Keep up the good work, love the video, great advice!

Hi guys, I’m a 62year old woman and just found your channel - I’ll definitely be following! I don’t have weight issues so much as food sensitivities. Ancestral eating is definitely the way to go . Good luck on your journey 👍🏻
