Coffee beans is the second most traded commodity behind oil, so no wonder it seems like everyone and their grandma drinks it. Caffeine can be a great way to give yourself that extra boost to get you ready for a tough workout session, or simply help keep you energized throughout the day, but it can come with a big con.

Recovery is important, like really important and the most beneficial way to recover is sleep. When your body is at full rest, your metabolism can focus fully on repairing/building muscles, organs and prepare yourself for the next day. Except when we consume to much caffeine, it can have a hindrance on how much sleep we can get and the quality of it!

In this video we talk about when and how you should consume your caffeine in order to still receive the benefits of it, without negatively effecting your recovery! If you have any questions or would like to see other videos like this one be sure to leave a like and comment below!
