This is basically a hardcore version of the ITB stretch (used in the military)

I suggest more videos on muscle-care, joint-care and so on.
One good suggestion to start from is the L-Fly (only the outties of course) with 2020 tempo. And similar things, many people are not familiar with them and trying many of the things you do without these body-care exercises will be ill adviced.

I have a question:
on 0:36 youre flexing the thigh and the knee..but youre thigh is also doing lateral rotation..
isnt one of the gluteus maximus functions lateral rotation?

@Andres C Well at my school in athletics, they train us hard and my glute muscles are very sore, so stretching will help releive the soreness in the muscle. :)

wow I was trying to create an exercise to glut max stretch and I always tried to take the legs to internal rotation because in my book it says that gluteus maximus helps external rotation.(so doing oppisite would help stretch it) however in this video he is doing exactly opposute and it actually works( I mean it works even better than expected) but I dont understand why though is my book wrong about gluteus maximus ?

Squats are awesome, but it's a pain in the ass if you don't stretch. (see what i did there? "pain in the ass"? i love myself)
