Too cool, but here's the thing anyone trying to do this as a newbie to yoga don't try it. You have to do starter yoga poses for a while before you can get to this point

Just dislocate your shoulder. Bend arm backwards. Pull foot over shoulder. And hold. Simple. 😢

Why do u wear revealing clothes especially when doing yoga? Yoga is a way of life. No point to do yoga with all types of acrobatic poses, but after that ones life is 'wild'. Westerners must remember, any yoga, mediation etc is meant to change your life to be more grounded n its a way of life. Not just to show on tt😂😂😂
