I don't understand how these arm holds aren't about strength. If my arms aren't strong enough to steadily hold even 30lbs as a thin woman, these are absolutely not possible without working on my strength. You're clearly engaging your biceps here.

One of my favorites!! I explored this twisted hand balance & have evolved it into that exact posture than into a side twist inversion by lifting the leg that isn’t holding the hand balance!! I’m very challenging on myself thus is Ever Evolving 💜🩷💙🩵Namaste🙏🏽
