Hi Cat, I keep finding whenever I do dolphin when i try to walk my legs further in my head is on the floor. How do i correct this? thank you!

Hey Cat! A video on exercises for tight hamstrings would be really helpful :) When doing the dolphin walk-ins in this video and even downward dog in general, my hamstrings are so tight that I find it really hard to do them correctly! Xx
