I love arm balances b'coz they make me feel stronger, confident n overcoming my fear

I like arm balances for two reasons. 1. They look impossible to people that watch 2. I'm disabled, and my arms are stronger than my legs. That makes a lot of yoga inaccessible but not arm balances 😊

As a kid I wanted to be able to do handstands, but even back than I believed I was not sporty enough and will never learn it. I am learning handstands now because I still think they look cool and also to unlearn all those limiting beliefs about myself

I fear not to be strong enough to get into balance or even hold this.
And always when I start to train my armbalance and round my back I get pain in my stomac and gastrointestinal area.
I can lower the pain when I stop the moving and stand up and stretch my hole body.
What do I do "wrong" ?
