2 part workout - alternating 5 mins jump rope + 5 mins dumbbells
5 Jump rope variations (1min each)
5 Dumbbell exercises (40sec work + 20sec rest)
2 rounds for a total of 20 minutes
Equipment: jump rope + pair dumbbells

1:45 Jump Rope - Basic Hops
2:45 Jump Rope - Run in Place
3:45 Jump Rope - Heel Taps
4:45 Jump Rope - Freestyle
5:45 Jump Rope - Double Unders
6:45 Rest or +1 Bonus Minute Jump Rope

Dumbbell Circuit Round 1 - 5 Minutes
9:12 Burpee Deadlifts
10:30 Alternate Lunges
12:00 Push Press
13:30 Push-up + Renegade Row
14:54 Floor Press
