Many were complaining about their brinjal (baigan) being burnt...today i tried, hadn't add water, just added oil first and then all the things and kept my flame at lowest.. it came out sooo good, didn't burnt at all...

Just wanted to share a useful method to cook brinjals alongwith orher essentials....take a cooker..add a grid and put some water ...then take a steel utensil which fits in your cooker and put baingan, tomatoes, garlic etc in that ....cover it with a steel plate and close the lid of the cooker ...two whistles and done 😊

Bhai, ye baingan ki sabzi ho sakti hai, baingan ka chokha ho sakta hai lekin baingan ka bharta nahin ho sakta. Baingan ka bharta banane ke liye baingan ko roast karna padta hai
