I’ve blended mash potatoes before and it was quicker and easier than any other way and they were fine lol

Then peel it afterwards by hand, since the skin falls off after boiling

I always blend my mash potatoes and it comes out better, the starch in the potato when blended makes for a creamier base than passing, I don’t blend it fully

First I hand mash than I blend half and fold in so it’s go different textures but mainly smooth

I make creamy mashed potatoes then add in a couple of nice boiled potato bits to get the perfect balance.
