Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Short summary:
Mashed Potates made by CJEats:
2 Pounds of potatoes (cut them into pieces that are 2 inches)
Put them all in cold water and add salt in there
Medium heat
4 tbsp unsalted butter
8 cloves garlic
1/2 tbsp dried rosemary
1/2 tbsp dried thyme
1/2 tbsp cracked black pepper
Boil for around 20 mins or until they are very soft
Once ready drain immidiately and mash it
Add heavy cream
Add Butter
Mix
add any seasoning

SO SO SO GOOD! I made these for Valentine’s Day for my grandma and mom and they absolutely loved it! I had to add two things of the sauce and the flavor was just all there. Absolutely delicious, thank you!! ❤️ goes so well with steak and green beans
