Your daughter is a lovely girl! I can remember being in the kitchen with my Mama years and years ago although it seems like yesterday. That’s where my love for cooking started. To this day I still love it and I’m 62. My husband who loved my cooking the most, died with brain cancer four years ago. I lost my motivation. Watching great cooks on YouTube like yourself is motivating me to cook again for our three sons and their families. Thank you.

This method is perfection. I make them similarly by cubing them like you and then adding enough butter, whilst mashing with a potato masher, to make a paste. Then, I add milk and spices. Never a single lump.
