These are hands down THE BEST mashed potatoes ever. The Boursin, sour cream, and butter along with everything else- you won’t go back to traditional mashed (which is awesome) because this is next level.

I make loaded baked potato mashed potatoes that are soooo good, sometimes I'll even put them in a casserole dish & bake them - so loaded, double baked garlic & cheese mashed potatoes - my extremely critical chef instructor in culinary school even loved them! He said they should be on a restaurant menu, which was a HUGE compliment from him.

I've never used Boursin though (I usually use cream cheese or mayo for creaminess), but this is a great idea! I did use Boursin last time I made my lasagna, though!

When i was 11 my brother fell down a hill on his skateboard knocking 14 of his teeth out as well as breaking his jaw in two different areas, he wasnt able to eat solid foods lately and it's been hard finding something that he can eat over and over again, but i found this recipe made it for him and although hes 39 years old now with a family of his own he still had watery eyes from how good these mashed potatoes were. Thank you for helping me find a way to bring him happiness through food. <3 keep doing what you do.
