Now his bones are more brittle than ever before due to lack of mineral intake
He was an amazing climber before, now he can barely do V3
I'm honestly glad that he is slightly overweight because you don't die from slightly overweight

He's getting better though
His bones are getting stronger due to many supplements and his strenght is coming back as well
