I think most of my anorexic depression stemmed from never truly being in or experiencing a true relationship so I began punishing myself. It got to the point that my cheek bones were visible and became a shut in. The hospital and therapist didn’t really help either, I had to get back to this point on my own. I just hope we can get more episodes like this so more people don’t feel like they’re alone.
