Hey YOUTUBE, maybe don’t put *2 unskipable ads* before a video *THAT COULD POSSIBLY SAVE SOMEONE’S LIFE.* put the ads after the video that way you still get your money and the uploader’s money. Because in a choking situation 15 seconds of an unskippable ad could mean death. Just a thought.

The instructions are a little confusing. The upward thrusts MUST be accompanied with an inward movement - otherwise all you are doing are running your fist up the outside of the body, doing nothing.
