6 egg yolks
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups whipping cream

Make sure to beat your sugar in with egg yolks really well before you add in the whipping cream.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 min. Make sure your pan is sitting inside another pan with water surrounding the pan.
Set inside the fridge for at least 4 hours. Sprinkle with sugar and torch the top until golden brown.
