Dr Sung - I appreciate the way you include a whiteboard behind you in addition to reading the information. It helps keep me focused so I don't just "switch off." I am going to give you as many 'likes' on your channel as I can ! Your content is very valid. I'm glad you don't just sit in front of the camera and tell us things 1:1, because the whiteboard helps us follow along, Thanks!

I had this strange anxiety, breaking into tears, after a high impact injury. Tried a lot of things including cbt, but Rhodiola for me was just amazing...I realized after several hours that I was able to carry out tasks without breaking down.

Magnolia bark had a profoundly calming effect for me, but I actually felt if I used it too often it could cause rebound anxiety when stopping, which was less than ideal for a natural supplement. But it was powerful.

I rhodiola! It gets me out of the most lethargic mode I can be in and makes me getting things done like no other herb can! Very underestimated herb imo.

Very informative video - thank you. For me it's definitely diet that's important (especially as I have gluten sensitivity). Atkins diet helps me to keep my glucose levels stable. Mindfulness is helpful, boundaries (super important), journalling, music and I also practise IFS (Internal Family Systems Therapy). Tried CBT and it wasn't for me at all but it can work for some people as we're all different. ACT is another modality to give a try.

All in all it's about finding out what works for you. As a mental health professional I help people on creating their "wellbeing toolkit" - trying things they never tried before.

Magnesium glycinate + L-theanine seems to be a very strong combo. Perhaps with some taurine on top (although I use taurine regardless)

With all due respect, I have to say, I know it is done to catch ppl’s attention but the minute I see shock faces or headlines it just turns me right off & I am out of there! Complete authenticity is what I look for. If it is worth watching, the person’s maturity and integrity should be enough. Whomever is meant to see it will anyway & whomever is not, won’t 🙏🏼

Guys, i did all the vitamins and minerals all my levels of them are optimal except for some minerals.

I still experience long time symptoms from when i was young the symptoms just dont go away. Now i came into consideration that heavy metals are the culprit. How are heavy metals such a big issue for persistent unexplainable health issues?
