I sleep so well if it's around 20.5 C, and I keep blinds open, so I get sun in the morning to wake up. I let myself 7-8 hours to rest. It works well. I remember months with broken sleeping, literally with no sleep in the night. So I am happy to be able to sleep, and room temperature helps a lot.
