I really admire the fact that Lex has a genuine curiosity about such a wide range of subjects. It seems like he could find a way to be interested and find the meaning of importance in anything.

Lol, I slept on the floor my entire youth. Not much of an idea why, I mean, I had a bed right next to the spot on the floor where I'd sleep. Idk, I just preferred the floor near a vent. Nice cool breeze in the summers, nice heat source in the winter. Nowadays it's the couch with an air purifier running right near my face lol.

TLDW; Cool is good for sleep, warm is good for waking up.

I read on a blog recently that suggested trying 65 to 68 degrees for sleeping. That's fine as long as you aren't using air conditioning to drop the temperature down that far. In warmer weather, it shouldn't ever be necessary to cool the bedroom to anything less than maybe low 70's. Less than 70 using air conditioning is a huge waste of energy. Using a fan on low and facing the bed is a major key to being able to increase the room temperature while still being comfortable. My wife and I keep it at 76 with the ceiling fan directly over the bed on low. These conditions make just a sheet the perfect cover. We get a great 7-8 hours of sleep every night. If anyone is having to cover up with a quilt or comforter during warm weather, they are definitely wasting too much energy and are part of America's excessive energy-usage problem.

I’m gonna need you to comment on that bed comforter & pillow cases. They didn’t have a steampunk dragon spewing fire shredding guitar available?

Thanks Lex!! I been asking my doctor questions like this for years. What's the best fabric for clothing/bedding for sleep, if any? I ❤ my SpyVsSpy Lex always looking good 🍀🌠

Yeah that’s just what anyone wants… a freaking subscription for their overpriced mattress cover.. it’d probably be cheaper to just turn the damn AC down..

A genuine question. Can a White person explain the reason for why some White people be believing that you are superior to, say 'black' people? A practical and intelligent individual(s), only need respond.
