If you disable the google app store services the phone will go crazy and some times the phone will not be functioning as intended and the google apps will not work anymore

The answer is that you can't do anything because this services helps for see YouTube videos, download apps, etc. (But we have to see how HarmonyOS will go without Google Play Services)
