Ummm because every farmer needs a town truck. Even if it is the most playful truck on the farm.

Some people may think it’s dumb to use a raptor as a farm truck. I say you’re the first person I’ve seen actually put this extremely capable truck to use.

I put a Undercover ArmorFlex Hard Folding Truck Bed Tonneau Cover on my truck. Ordered on Amazon, put on myself. I would buy it again with no regrets. It's awesome.

That's the best color. I'm glad they're bringing it back.

Great video! I was in the market for a used Raptor for all the reasons you mentioned. My daily driver until recently was my F450 King Ranch. Great truck, but when my equipment transport trailer isn't hooked to it, it rides like a sheet of plywood with a steering wheel, and it gets 10 MPG uphill, downhill, loaded or empty. Which isn't awesome right now! I wound up buying a brand new F150 XLT super cab instead (longer bed with the rear doors that open "backwards") . It was an impulse purchase. My 450 was in for service and I noticed the 150. I was able to borrow that truck for a bit while they worked on my big truck. The thing that made me buy it: The seats! My back has been jacked up for 25 years. My King Ranch truck has amazing seats, but you pay for them! I wasn't expecting much from cloth seats in an XLT F150. I was wrong. The seats in that truck were amazing and I bought it that day, for that reason. Over the last several months, I have been surprised at just how many features a "basic" F150 came with. Rear end locker, Apple Car-Play, Ford Pass, multiple driving and terrain modes, that trailer back up thingy that I don't use, and a 302 V8 that has stupid power, but gets over 20 MPG on the long to name a few. I have never owned a truck smaller than an F250 before. And I am very pleased with the value of my 2021 F150. The truck was just over 40K brand new, with a very good warranty. It doesn't look as cool as a Raptor. But it's a great truck for the money, and it's brand new for less money than I would have been able to find a good used Raptor for in my area.

This is the best Raptor review I’ve seen since researching them. I’m torn between which year is the most reliable but your ‘17 is super clean!

After you put in your code on the door hit the 5/6 button and it should drop your tail gate automatically, thats what it does on my 19 f250

Have a friend who has a 2020 ROUSH RAPTOR, as if it wasn't fast enough. It is a very nice truck, have some fun and enjoy it.

Josh the best bed cover on the planet is Roll'n Lock. I had one on my tundra and someone spent a good amount of time trying to break into it without success. It is costly i think i paid $1500 installed but cannot remember. It could have been $1k not sure but its been a great investment

Also .. don't make it a habit of leaving your key inside your truck reason 1 the Ford truck has a weak door handle that thieves have figured out how to break into the trucks.. example: Matt from demolition ranch had his F-350 broken into and they stole his computer and other items because of this door handle design... Reason 2 this truck has a perimeter sensors that recognize when you come close to the truck and you have your key in your pocket if you leave the key in the truck it will always think that you are near and never fully go to sleep "possibly" causing a battery draw in the electrical system!! I'm not trying to tell you what to do.. it's just things that I have run into as a Ford technician.. take this advice and do with it as you please😃😃😃

Thats a Good looking truck. I just sold mine after three years. sold it for more than I paid for it and put 45k miles on it because of the crazy market. Replaced it with a New Ford f250 Tremor. Made complete since to order new. Came out owing less and in a brand new truck.

I like my Toyota I ain't got no payments but insurance on it and I love it. You got a nice truck and I'm glad you won't have to rack your nerves anymore on long trips way to go brother. I hope you don't have any payments but if so we all have to go there someday sooner or later. My wife and I have been working on getting out of debt and we're almost there, only a few thousand dollars left to go to stomp that debt out. God bless you and yours and good luck with your new truck brother

6 months ago I picked up a 2017 nissan Titan. A great deal, under $30grand, and still has warranty. Needed a more reliable truck rather than my 22 year old Nissan frontier

If the unicorn Yota or Dodge go up on the block because of this purchase, keep me posted! Good luck with your new truck Josh!

I just don’t see these keeping there value once the supply chain issues are worked out. It’s the older v8s that are worth money.
