Ford used to be reliable but with greedy men comes weakness. Flaws.

First problem is that you're paying over $100, 000 for a V6 truck

As a GM owner, you buy a GM instead of ford you'll wish you had that ford back

And a 20k dealer mark up should have been the first reason not to buy.

NEVER buy ANY car that's been displayed in the showroom. Every kid from a 100 mile radius has climbed through the vehicle.

Kids are starting to realize why Fords shouldn't cost more than 30K

At least you tested the first year production model for us, you gave us all a favor. Thanks

Meanwhile my 2013 Raptor SVT has had zero problems for 120k miles outside of standard wear and tear from ripping it through trails for years. 🤷

My cousin works at the plant where this truck was made.
When you got young kids that don't give a fuck assembling trucks And old-timers in the plant that are fed up. This is what you get.

Hey, guess what I drive now? A 2022 Supra! After all the trouble I had with my Ford Mustang, I swore I'd never buy another Ford again. That tapping sound around cylinder two and the rattling cam phasers after just one oil change? Unacceptable. They tried to tell me it was normal, but I wasn't having it. I've been a loyal Ford customer for over 35 years, owning Rangers, F150s, Tauruses, and even a Mustang. But this was the last straw. So, I made the switch to Toyota, and I couldn't be happier.

At work I drive a 2016 f-350 6.2L gas with 390, 000. Other trucks are at over 420, 000km in our fleet. That’s the ford built tough we want!

- the "oil leak" you're speaking of is the condensation coming out of the weep hole in the muffler.... normal
- AC stops blowing because after idling for 30 mins, the truck turns off. Normal
- scratches are from either a driver or tech from PDI. No big deal. R&R
- rough idle, perfectly normal. Truck needs to be broken in, i.e. rings, bearings, etc. Compression will change and typically equalize.
-seat bottom, more than likely a fluke. Ford will cover that no questions asked.

And yes, I work at a Ford dealer.

Man it’s not even a ford problem it’s a problem with ALL the new trucks from Chevy to ram not just fords

None of these trucks ford, Chevy or dodge are any good these days and considering the prices they have us paying this sort of stuff is unacceptable

Some thing like that in Australia costs close to 2 hundred grand plus on road costs

And is a pile of shit

Everyone paying these crazy prices for piles of cheap shit is why they keep doing this. They literally pay a group of people to find ways to save them money as if they don't already make out like bandits

22 years as a mechanic. I work on new Fords every day. It blows my mind that these new cars are having serious issues. It's not just Ford either. Chrysler & GM as well. America is in big trouble.

Unfortunately, brother, it's not just the Raptors they are slacking on with quality. I've got a 2023 F-150 Lightning Lariat, and the issues have been just unreal. I feel for you, man. Damn.

I doubt I will ever buy another new vehicle. Going 60 to 100k in debt for a freaking truck is insane!!

Telling them to tighten their game up after they already got your 100k, pretty sure they don't give a shit at this point lol better call and get the extended warranty 😂
