Simple and easy tutorial. For the colour paint, is it solvent based or water based?

Great job. As I can see you used minwax jacobean stain. What piece of wood you worked on it? Looks like Maple? Is it going to be same result on ash wood?

great i like it the most of all the videos here on yt of this kind. I would just like to ask, I live in a country where the Minwax brand that you use in this video cannot be found. Do you know if it would be possible to use an oil other than this one? maybe restoration oil for wood or something like that to have the same result? thanks:)
and also can this oil or another be used for chalk paint?

Although your mom had an obvious influence, the greatest factor that influenced your good character was genetics. The second greatest factor was the peer group and friends you chose during your formative years. The third factor is the choices you make on a daily basis to do the right thing. A distant factor is probably parental influence. Kind of counter intuitive but perhaps closer to truth. (read the nurture assumption and get back to me)

This looks terrible, sanding something with a cheesy “farm house distressed vintage look” is HARDLY antique.
