Bro.. whenever I do dumble chest press I get all pressure in my front del, I have tried every solution but I haven't got rid of this and don't feel much pressure in my chest in this excercise. My question is do I replace dumble chest press with machine chest press because I get optimum pressure in my chest in machine ?
