I have the same problem, sir. Because I fell from a bike race and my arm cracked. But now the arm has healed, but the fingers have issues, can't fully bend, stiff, and especially painful for the ring finger, middle finger, and pinky. Please help with therapy solution for this.

Hello sir, the middle mallet finger of my right hand was fractured on 15/7/2023, for which I got k wire fitted in hyperaxtention view in SMS on 18/8/2023, k wire was removed by the doctor on 20/9/2023. Even after exercising for 2 days, there is no movement, there is light movement but there is pain on doing more movement.
