Why Didn't Jesus Claim to be God?

Muslims and Athiests are quick to claim that Jesus never said he was God, but perhaps theres a deeper reason why?

Just to clarify, I do believe that Jesus claims to be God. This video is for Muslims and atheists who 'claim' that Jesus doesn't say that he's God. Just an alternative perspective 😊

Jesus specifically told us He is God multiple times. He called Himself the I AM multiple times, to the Jews that's equivalent to saying "I'm God" in English. That's why they wanted to stone Him.

John 20:28-29

Jesus accepts the title of God and does not say “I am a prophet, do not worship me.” He says Thomas believes in him because he sees him and his divinity- affirming that Jesus is God.

Many verses like this which make it quite obvious that Jesus is God and claims to be God like in verse 29.

John makes it pretty clear in the first verse of his gospel. "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God".
