Challenging Myself To Walk 10 Miles Total In A Day For A Week, Day 1

I've decided to challenge myself to walk 10 miles a day, every day. For me this is just around 25,000 steps. After work I'll get my backpacking gear on and walk until I hit 10 miles for the day. I was torn between doing this for 7 days or 30 days, let me know in the comments below what you think.

Also in these videos as requested, I do way less cuts and just let myself talk about whatever! This works out well because after work, walking, and some editing it will be a challenge in itself just to post each one daily.

This March I will be Hiking the Appalachian Trail 2022 the whole 2200 miles of it! Follow me on my journey from nowhere to the peak of Mount Katahdin!

That way once I am out there everyday I have ideas to work with and am way more comfortable than I currently am with filming myself 🤣. How much weight do you carry in your pack? When I do my weekend hikes I carry 16 pounds plus 3 liters of water.
