I started smoking right around the time I got braces in middle school. When I got them removed in high school, my teeth had white spots where the pads were and the rest stained with Camel tar lol. My parents were more upset about the extra cleaning bill than the fact that I smoked a pack a day at 16.

Don’t you utilize the baking soda blast that help rid of the stains between the teeth? My hygienist does and it is more enjoyable than the scraping scaling.
