I did scaling yesterday my all teeth is clean but my upper two teeth is still yellow and looks like stain so I told the doctor why it didn't remove if you are done scaling so she told me that this is not Intrinsic stains this is the shade of your tooth and it may happen bcz maybe your water has floride so this will not remove with scaling you need to bleeching to remove it so is she right?

and can you explain why floride water did my teeth yellow?

and also If i use beech to remove my Intrinsic stains then it will effect my enamel layer? and how long last it will white?
