Thanks so much again Dr.Been! I m so glad you have covered most of my daily supplements: Selenium, Zinc, VitC, NAC, VidD3, CoQ10, ALA, Iodine, melatonin, VitE ( weekly) Vit A ( fortnightly). I also take MSM on daily basis to help detoxification and sulfer status. You are just simply a great doctor. Thank you Dr. Been for your time and tireless efforts to look outside the conventional pharmaceutical approach to treat and save lives!

Doctor - Thank you for all the facts about selenium. But you missed one very important one!! In every cell, a crucial selenium enzyme converts thyroxin T4 nto T3, and T3 is the gas-pedal of DNA transcription. So selenium adds vitality! Also, the DNA code to make selenium enzymes is special in that the stop codon really isn't 'stop' but a special code following the stop codon indicates that the codon is to make a selenium protein instead.

My supplements: Vit D and C, Selenium, zinc+ tonic water, and melatonin. All cheap drug store OTC. I took a eye dropper bottle of veterinary ivermectin as yearly pseudo-vaccination (after making the dose calculation 3 x!). I am currently brewing my own corona-drink from elderberry flowers and - berries (quercetin), spiced with 3 species of Artemisia. Thisdrink will only be ready in September, due to harvesting time of Artemisia.

I've been watching MedCram too and it's brilliant. I love this channel though and have watched most of the videos a few times to try and get the info to sink in. It's all fascinating stuff and Dr Been has made my lock down so much more interesting, what a gifted communicator! For me he is the Joe Wickes of the medical world! The only supplement that I can't get along with (after watching MedCram and Dr Been's great video's) is NAC. It just gives me a terrible acid stomach, so I get the Glutathione from Moringa and broccoli sprouts instead. Many thanks Dr. Been!!

It is a beautiful mechanism. I am coming back to watch after 1.5 months. Great as a rerun, as I now have more questions and would like even more information. I see asorbic acid should counter selenium benefits. I see in another paper selenium upping the th1 pathway, probably a good thing in prophylaxis stage and early stage. Only inorganic selenium is useful. Benefits were noticed as far back as 2014, but the chemistry wasn't explained. RNA, certain cancers, some DNA viruses.

Let me ask Doc, are you familiar with the YouTube channels: "Peak Prosperity" and "MedCram"? If so, which one do you follow? Both are doing amazing and informative videos like you do about the pandemic.

Maybe I recall it wrongly, but isnt NAC useful because it can CUT those disulfite bonds related to blood clots and von willabrand factor?

If so, isnt NAC and selenium undoing each others work?

Thanks Dr. Been for another very valuable lesson! Are there any further synergies of selenium and n-acetylcysteine and zincsulfate, since all three have a certain affinity to sulfur in common?

I take chlorophyll with water for the copper, liquid magnesium with bone broth, and eat a grass fed beef liver one in a while for the copper bound to ceruloplasmin. But i hear pastured pork kidney has like 5 times as much selenium as the beef liver.

This could be the same action that plants like Elderberry has on viruses in addition to binding with haemagluttinnen
