📌 Lemongrass Chicken Marinate
Calories per 100g of raw marinated chicken thigh: 109 calories

Ingredients:
1kg chicken thigh
30g minced or chopped lemongrass
20g minced garlic
30g fish sauce
30g soy sauce
30g monkfruit sweetener (brown sugar alternative)
5g black pepper
Method:
1. Trim the fat and skin off the chicken thigh and place it into a large bowl.
2. To the bowl add the minced or chopped lemongrass, minced garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, monkfruit sweetner, and the grounded black pepper.
2. Mix it all together and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. The longer the better!
3. Divide it into containers, and store it in the fridge or freezer and cook it up however you like when needed!
