I feel that it helps tremendously with my anxiety and depression!! These have almost completely disappeared on a low carb diet, which I initially chose for weight loss.

Im 60 years old and my health was going down hill fast. Every time I went to the doctor a new pill was perscribed.

I dont understand people. My wife, family, friends, work mates, my doctors, they all see the benefits. I've lost weight 12kgs, they know I'm off all my 3 medications I was on, I tell them I no longer have a fatty liver, yet still they think that fasting and the ketogenic diets are not good for you.

I'm one week in to keto diet. Currently experiencing the predicted fatigue. I'm eating more healthily than I have for many years. I'd forgotten I know how to cook. Motivated by being 25kg overweight, a real worry at 63 years age.

I did go on keto diet to help with my cancer. It shrank the tumor for sure. Surgery removed the rest and excess tissue. The surgeon wanted to remove excess tissue even though there was no evidence of disease. Tumor was size of extra large egg.

Yes! Thank you!!! I keep explaining that weight loss is an amazing side effect, but side effect nonetheless :) 6 years on it myself and even through a whole lot of bad issue with food addiction and eating disorders indeed, I don't think I'll ever step away from it. I really wish my GP was as knowledgeable and open-minded as you are. I have been fighting for months for an OGTT with insulin values... but because my hba1c looks normal they just ignore my reactive hypos, even if I have them without carbs :(

My experience suggests that the keto diet is over-hyped. A good diet is supposed to be easy to stick with and be healthy. *Agoge diet* is a good option, I lost a lot of stubborn belly fat.

71 years old, slightly overweight, high blood pressure and experience joint pain and stiffness, especially in the knees. Currently starting keto. I hope to see an improvement.

I have Addison’s, I’m obese, have NAFLD and have had high BP for a while. Just started the keto diet a couple of weeks ago and because I only eat once a day (Addison’s wiped out my appetite), my diet has become keto/paleo/OMAD. I think I’m starting to come through the “keto flu” and am looking forward to all the health benefits. Thanks so much for your great videos!

Just found Dan’s channel and now watched every single video! So informative and really well presented. Love the fact we finally have an authoritative UK voice in this space. I find Dan so relatable as I’ve been on a similar journey having struggled with my weight pretty much all my live but over the past 3 years I’ve made real strides with my weight and wellbeing losing nearly 70lbs through a combination of low carb, intermittent fasting and exercise. I turn 50 this year and have never felt better. I’m now looking to fine tune my IF protocols and nutrition so this targeted advice is super useful. One question Dan - do you offer 1 on 1 coaching? Anyway keep up the great content. 👍💪
