The ballet appreciation video literally made me so happy and felt so seen. Non dancers don't understand what it takes to get on that stage and do a whole ballet en pointe all while still making it look beautiful and effortless. Any time I see videos of non dancers appreciating what we do not only on the stage but the process it takes before we get to the stage it just makes my day even more.

There are some animal species that just can't/shouldn't be kept in captivity because they're too self aware and their needs are beyond what humans can provide for them in a captive setting. Dolphins are among those species, and if you add to the mix that they're being used specifically for financial gain (like performing for entertainment, or photo ops), then you're also placing demands on them that aren't in their best interests, the potential for abuse and neglect is huge as the goal is money, not conservation or rehabilitation. Please don't support or promote any shows that use animals as their gimmick! ♥

Standing full weight on toe tip is not talent or entertainment, it is Animal Cruelty. It would hurt the Dolphin.

Please no to the dolphins in captivity and to standing on them 😔It is widely known and recognised that dolphins live shorter lives, exhibit stress behaviours such as tooth grinding, head bobbing and swimming in circles, and can devastate dolphin families when captured from the wild
