I am a big fan of your books the salt fix compelled me to dump the concept that salt increases blood pressure..where in it was the sugar which does so and the mineral fix I'm still yet to complete reading it...

Thanks, great video but I wish you had mentioned glycine's sleep and stress reduction benefits. For some people this can be a huge benefit. Maybe do a top 6 benefits video next time., but even then it would be hard to stop at 6! lol

Just got his book The Collagen Cure.. Wow, its blowing my mind!! Thank you for your information! Use to think taking collagen supplements was for the vain types of people who only care about their appearance.. after reading your book I realize collagen (glycine) has a HUGE significance in overall health!! Whoa?! I have friends who do the botox and filler thing (not to say that i would never do that later on in my life) BUT.. basically all those face injections will not solve the issue, it will only HIDE the issue. After reading the book I realize wrinkles and sagging skin is a symptom of great loss of collagen which means great loss of over all health! Im trying to encourage my friends to read your book!

Great! I was taking sodium ascorbate and didn't take very much but needed to get to the toilet pretty fast. Today I mixed in glycine and didn't get that same effect.
Now I just watched this video I know why.
I guess it means I really needed the glycine.

Doesn’t help calm the nervous system too? I take some before I go to bed to help me sleep after I’ve been on my feet walking around a hospital for 12 hours

Dr. DiNicolantonio, if taking glycine (6 gm) and NAC (6 gm) for GlyNAC benefits, does this dose of glycine count towards the amount you recommend for collagen health, or must additional glycine above this GlyNAC dose be consumed each day? Thanks!

But you said 5 g (Gramms) of Glycine reduces Insulin spikes. The dose amount of my Glycine tablets is 1500 mg/capsule. So I have to take at least 3 of them for every carbohydrate dominant meal ?...

One teaspoon of glycine converts to how many grams?
I take 3 teaspoons of glycine a day and after 6 weeks there no change in fat burning.
