I was in a auto accident years ago. Now at the age of 64 My body is a mess. I was watching a tv show on our channel 9 and found Miranda. I have been on pain pills and muscle relaxers for a long while. I cannot say enough about Mirandas decompression exercises. They have made my life almost pain free and i am buying her upper classical stretch cd today. I am very happy I found her on the internet. WOW my pain is manageable during the day because now i can stop doing what i am doing and do these exercises and stay medication free for the most part:-). Thank you Miranda for carring about us! :-)

I have low back pain. Went through physical therapy for a long time. The pain just won't go away. Thank god for Miranda's classics stretch . Feel much better now.

You're heaven sent dear dear Miranda...I'm sharing your videos to all my facebook friends for them to be helped as well. Before I found your channel, I used to wake up with this throbbing pain in my arms and shoulders. It would be so bad I would cry myself to sleep and sometimes get scalded with the hot-water bottle I bring to bed with me. Now with 3:14, something clicked and i felt immediate pain relief in my shoulder and arms!!! Thank God for you! ALL the Best!

I love this series. Season 12 is on PBS and I record it each morning so I can do later in the day. It's the only exercise program where my body feels better afterwards. And she explains the reason for each stretch so you know why you are doing it.

I did this once and my upper shoulders and back felt so much better. I do 3lb. weight exercises and regularly lift and carry my 20lb. granddaughter. I am a 66 year old woman who has recently gotten back into shape....or so I thought. Thanks Miranda.

I'll have to try some of her techniques, although I not as flexible as she is. She's a fox as well, I've seen her shows on PBS.
