This is perfect. A friend of mine struggled with fat shots, and I didn't know how to explain what I was seeing. Thanks, Andy!

I’m here for this! You’re spot on. I actually played Saturday (if you want to call it that). And yes, I’ve been working on things in my head because of those injuries to my body. I’m working on not flipping but I was a Flipping Fool Saturday. I’ve come to realize over the days since Saturday, I was doing things right but they felt so weird, I started reacting to the weird feeling. Meaning, body stopped rotating, arms stopped, and hands flipped. For years with my Daly Swing, my shaft at address was pointed to me belly button (for like a 7i). Pointed at my left pectoral for long irons. Now that I’m working on proper shaft lean at address, when I come into the ball, my arms felt too far ahead. That’s why my body stopped rotating and my arms slowed, to let my hands catch up. I was wrong. Even on my chips and pitches. But when I let it go, I looked like a world class golfer. Ball flight was beautiful and the sound, oh the sound. But I am so excited now. I have the wrist henge and bow at the takeaway now and not at the transition. I just have to learn to trust it. That will come with practice that I’ve not been afforded as of yet, but I know it will. MRI in less than 20 hours. Wish me luck.🤞🏾 🥂

Interesting drill, gonna try this tomorrow out on the range. I've always struggled with an early release especially when I get tired and I let my arms do most of the work.

Perfect timing for this lesson. Been trying this today but can't quite get it, either the club slams into the ground because the shaft is leaning forward too much or at impact the face isn't square so it shanks or thins off. Do you do in person lessons?!!!

any tips for squaring up the club face? When I get my hands forward I tend to shovel it our right like I'm playing a cover drive.
